Hello, my name is Brytani like Britney spears. Braiding has always been a part of my life. Inspired by my mother, who braided my hair every two weeks, I grew up learning the art of braiding by feeling her hands at work and practicing on my doll. Little did I know, this childhood hobby would develop into a passion and career I love! I specialize in children’s braiding, creating styles that are not only beautiful but also tailored for comfort and care. With over 5 years of professional experience- including time spent working in top salons in GA- and two years of successfully running my own business. I honed my skills to ensure every child leaves my chair feeling confident and happy. My goal is to provide a welcoming and stress-free experience for both the children and parents. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you guys!

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations should be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time. • If a client cancels without at least 48 hours’ notice, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. • Last-minute cancellations (same-day) are considered no-shows and will result in a booking ban from future appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable. Canceling an appointment means your deposit is forfeited and will not be returned. 🚨(Servicing children 1-12)🚨 SALON POLICIES & PREPARATION 1. Deposit Policy – All deposits must be paid prior to receiving any appointment confirmations. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if an appointment is canceled by the client. Deposits may only be transferred once with at least 48 hours’ notice. If I need to cancel an appointment, the deposit will be fully refunded or the client will have the option to reschedule. 2. Final Payment Policy – Final payments can be made via debit/credit card, Zelle, or Tap Pay. 3. Photo Consent Policy – Clients consent to having photos taken for portfolio and promotional use. However, they may request to have their face covered, blurred, or digitally edited for privacy. 4. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 30% cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations are considered no-shows and will result in being banned from booking future appointments. 5. Late Pickup Policy – Parents will receive a call 30 minutes before service completion. If a parent is 15-30 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added. If 35 minutes to 1 hour late, a $50 late fee will apply. 6. Arrival Policy – Please do not arrive at the suite more than 5 minutes before your appointment. If arriving early, please wait in your vehicle until it’s time. 7. Parking Instructions – You may park across from Capricorn Salon Studios, in the parking spaces by the gazebo diagonally across from the building, or behind the building in spaces labeled Capricorn Salon Studios. Do not park in other businesses’ designated parking spaces, as you may be towed. 8. Grace Period – I’m very understanding as long as you communicate, but I do expect my policies to be respected. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; however, if the client is not physically inside the salon within that time, the appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook 9. Drop-Off Policy – Parents/guardians must drop off children ages 4 and up. Children tend to become restless when parents are present, making the process smoother when they are not in the room. There is a waiting room where parents or guardians are more than welcome to wait during the appointment. 10. Hair Preparation Policy – You don’t have to comb your child’s hair before coming in, as long as it is not excessively matted. Hair should be detangled and in manageable condition. If hair is excessively matted, I may need to reschedule to prevent running over time, cancel the appointment altogether, or a detangling fee will be applied to the total service cost. 11. Food & Rest Policy – Please ensure your child is well-rested before the appointment. They may bring water and stainless/crumbless snacks (no gum, chips, sauces, or full meals). I also provide snacks as-well. 12. Assistance Policy – Parents of clients older than 3 cannot sit/stand by the chair for minor comforts (holding hands, rubbing feet, etc.), as it slows the process. 13. Length & Thickness Fee Policy – A picture of your child’s hair is required before the appointment. If additional time and product are needed due to length and thickness, an extra fee will apply. 14. Same-Day Appointment Policy – Please contact me directly for same-day appointments. A $30 same-day booking fee MAY be applied to your total. I don’t always charge for same day appointments so feel free to contact me! 15. Rush Services – No rush services are available. Please book accordingly to ensure enough time for preparation and completion. 16. Added Hair Policy – If you’d like added hair for your style, please book the “Added Hair” add-on with your appointment.
